General information for exhibitors

The Exhibition is a key element of the IUCN World Conservation Congress, presenting a good opportunity for IUCN Members, Commission members and partners to showcase how their organization and projects relate to the Congress themes and the IUCN Programme.

At a glance

  • An Exhibition portal for the 2012 Congress was created to facilitate exhibitors in the management of their booth
  • Exhibitors are asked to be eco-friendly in their approach
  • Green guidelines must be respected to minimize the environmental impact
  • General guidelines include useful information and rules

The Exhibition is open to the general public and Congress goers alike, allowing them to walk through a wide variety of stands and learn about the latest and most relevant conservation work today. This offers exhibitors the possibility to communicate to a wide audience and throughout the entire roll-out of the Congress, which includes both the Forum and the Members’ Assembly.

In 2012 the Exhibition was located in a marquee on the ground level of the International Convention Center Jeju, accommodating over 100 booths.
