Local transport

To facilitate Congress participants, the Host Country will provide free, fuel-efficient shuttle buses from Jeju airport to the hotels and between hotels and the ICCJ from 4 to 16 September.

From the airport in Seoul

There will be welcome desks as of 4 September in all airports in Seoul and Jeju offering assistance to participants.

Transfers between INCHEON and GIMPO airports

When arriving in Seoul (Incheon International Airport) participants might have to commute to Gimpo airport for domestic flights to Jeju. The information on commuting transportation between the two airports is as follows:

  • Change of airports in Seoul (Incheon to Gimpo) for most participants required → free shuttles are organized from 4-6 September, as well as for 12, 15 and 16 September. 
  • Airport Limousine Bus: You can buy Limousine and Premium Bus tickets, and also can get information at the following Bus Ticketing Office at the airport: Exit 4 and 9 (indoors) & Exit 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 13, and 9C (outdoors). 
  • The buses to Gimpo airport cost from 7’000 KRW to 10’000 KRW and run regularly. If not during rush hour they are the fastest connection to Gimpo and also you have to walk less.

Bus transportation from the Jeju Airport

From the airport there are shuttle buses (airport limousines) that run every 20 minutes to/from on the following route: Airport - (Shinjeju) The Hotel - Renaissance - Yeomiji – Hana & Suites Hotels - Hyatt Hotel - Shilla Hotel - Sweet Hotel - Lotte Hotel - Korea Condo - Korea National Tourism Organization - CSN Hotel Resort - Convention Center - World Cup Stadium - Gyeongnam Hotel - Seoguipohang - Paradise Hotel – Seogwipo Kal Hotel.
Free shuttles from the airport to official hotels are organized from 4 to 16 September; additional information will be available upon arrival at the airport.

Taxi fare from Jeju International Airport to Jungmun Resort, where ICC Jeju and most hotels are located is approximately 25 CHF.

Free shuttles transfers to official hotels and ICCJ start on the 4thof September.

Free, fuel-efficient congress shuttle buses are available for participants to commute between hotels and the Congress venue (ICCJ). Different routes serving hotels will be run daily from 6.30 to 22.00 at intervals of 10-20min. Detailed schedules will be available onsite.
